Depending on your plan, you can choose from two, three, or four years of onsite service from the date you purchased your hardware. If you have a hardware problem during that time, AppleCare for Enterprise will resolve it as quickly as possible. Your hardware can be repaired on-site within the next business day or at an Apple Authorised Service Provider.

In addition to on-site hardware repair, you can have up to 4 per cent of all your covered Mac computers repaired, or up to 10 per cent of your covered iPads or iPhones.
