Video surveillance
For the safety of our employees, our physical premises are monitored with video surveillance. We record these images to maintain a safe working environment and respond quickly to incidents or threats. This contributes to the well-being of our staff so that they can carry out their work with confidence.
Retention periods video
Camera images may only be viewed by authorised persons and are automatically deleted after 28 days, unless there is a specific security need to keep them longer.
Sharing of personal data with third parties
Pro Warehouse does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf in order to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Pro Warehouse remains responsible for these processing operations.
Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or services do not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16 years of age. We therefore recommend that parents are aware of their children's online activities in order to prevent data from being collected about children without parental consent. Viewing, modifying or deleting data
You have a the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Pro Warehouse, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can make a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organisation specified by you.
You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@prowarehouse.nl.
In order to be sure that the request for inspection was made by you, we ask you to send us a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy of your passport photo, make sure the MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Dutch citizenship number cannot be read. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks at the latest.

Storage period
Pro Warehouse does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the above purposes or as long as necessary to comply with laws and regulations. We apply a minimum period of 7 years for the data collected by our site when it comes to billing data. This is in accordance with Section 52 of the Dutch Income Tax Act and Section 8 of the Dutch Customs Act.
Security
Pro Warehouse has established technical and organisational measures in the processor agreement with third parties to secure Users' personal data against loss or unlawful processing.
