So we developed an iOS app that guides RMM team members through their tasks and that reminds them to perform certain safety checks. We have also developed a backend to give the administration team an easy overview, and we connected a billing system to it. We also created a client portal, so clients can see which vehicle was cleaned when.
The app is easy to use and all the separate elements that used to be done manually are now included in the workflow. For example, instead of taking photos before and after using a mobile phone, then emailing it with the correct licence plate and saving it to the right folder, the team member can simply take the photos with the iPad and these will be automatically connected to the right vehicle and the right client.Device management
